Comb profile gaskets for reliable sealing under extreme conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Comb profile gaskets are ideally suited for the reliable sealing of media under extreme operating conditions (temperature up to 550 \u00b0C up to 250 bar). The combination of the specific properties of soft gaskets (good adaptation to the flange sealing strips) and metal gaskets (high stability and bursting strength) ensures maximum operational reliability of the comb profile gaskets.<\/p>\n

The base body profile, thickness and material of the supports on both sides are matched to each other in such a way that, on the one hand, the support material is highly compacted and thus offers high resistance to media diffusion, and, on the other hand, the comb tips remain securely covered even at maximum compression, thus ruling out flange contact.<\/p>\n

The support ring is grooved on both sides, pitch 1 mm. A choice of graphite or PTFE can be used as a support for grooved profile gaskets.<\/p>\n
