PTFE Gasket
Our PTFE gasket consists of pure PTFE (Teflon) with a perforated stainless steel insert and is suitable for flanges of all materials. PTFE gaskets are preferably used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, where extremely high demands are placed on chemical resistance and are therefore ideal for sealing chemically aggressive media.
The temperature application range is -100 to 230°C. The stainless steel insert ensures stability and blow-out safety.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) as a high-quality flat gasket material is resistant to almost any medium thanks to its tightness and high pressure-temperature combination and is also extremely gas-tight.
