Profile gaskets made of rubber and steel with open insert are the ideal solution when no standardized gasket fits. Thanks to the innovative design principle, all possible diameters and geometries can be realized – completely tailored to the specific customer requirement.

The profile gasket consists of a freely dimensionable open insert and an internal rubber profile. Both the material of the insert and the material of the rubber insert can be freely selected from our material portfolio. Frequently requested insert materials are, for example, various stainless steel grades (1.4301, 1.4571) and steel grades.

This gasket is frequently used in apparatus and tank construction, for statically weakly designed flange connections, non-standardized flange connections and very large nominal diameters (>eter) as well as for plastic and GRP flange connections.
